Who is MedEsthetics for?
MedEsthetics is a business resource for physicians and other professionals in the medical aesthetics industry that provides information on the latest treatments, anti-aging and medical breakthroughs, product and equipment reviews, legal issues, profiles of successful practitioners, effective marketing and management strategies, and industry news.

We encourage physicians, owners, medical directors, office/practice managers, nurses and estheticians who work at dermatology practices, dermatologic surgery practices, plastic and cosmetic surgery practices, medical spas and cosmetic laser centers to subscribe.

How do I find my subscription account number?
Your account number can be found on the front of your magazine issue's mail label that you received in the mail. We do not place subscription account numbers in digital editions and enewsletters. You can manage your account online by using your subscription account number and last name (see mail label example below) or you can use your email address and last name.


When will my subscription begin?
You will receive your first issue within 6-8 weeks after receipt of your subscription order. If you didn't receive your first issue, the reason might be one of the following:

  • Your issue is still in the process of being sent to you.
  • There might be a USPS mail delivery delay.
  • We might have the wrong mail and/or email address.

How do I change my address and other contact information?
If you would like to change your mail address, email address and/or telephone number, please Manage Your Account online or contact our Subscriber Service Department at medesthetics@omeda.com or (800) 624-4196.
If you mail or email us your new information, please include your first and last name, old and new mail address, email address and telephone number. Please allow 24-48 hours for subscription account changes to be processed.


Who do I contact if I missed an issue or received a damaged issue?
Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If you didn't receive an issue or it arrives damaged in the mail, please contact our Customer Service Department at medesthetics@omeda.com or (800) 624-4196. We'll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue or extend your subscription.


How do I renew my subscription?
If you would like to renew your subscription, please Renew Here. You may also contact our Customer Service Department at medesthetics@omeda.com or (800) 624-4196. Each year, we will send you a series of reminders via mail, email or telephone to renew your subscription.


How do I order back issues?
To order back issues, please visit our Store or call (800) 634-8500.


How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please Manage Your Account online or contact our Customer Service Department at medesthetics@omeda.com or (800) 624-4196.


Do you put my mailing information or email address on other lists?
If you supply us with your email address, you authorize Creative Age to use them to contact you, including to send you a digital edition alert, about your subscription or other Creative Age publications, products, events or contests; and to email you special offers or information on behalf of approved third parties. If you don't want to receive email from MedEsthetics, please Update Your Email Preferences or contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 624-4196.

From time to time we make our subscribers' mailing information available to reputable companies whose products or services we feel may interest you. If, however, you would like your name excluded from these mailings, please Manage Your Account online or contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 624-4196.
