ALPHAEON Appoints Presidents of the Americas and Asia Pacific

Jeff Castillo, MBA, has joined lifestyle healthcare company ALPHAEON as President of the Americas. Castillo was previously divisional vice president at Abbott Medical Optics (AMO) where he focused on customer needs and market dynamics. Prior to AMO, Castillo spent 22 years at Johnson & Johnson, where he held a variety of senior commercial positions based in the U.S. and Latin America.

Kuntal Joshi, MBA, has joined ALPHAEON as President of Asia Pacific. He previously started Skopus Medical in Singapore, a boutique medical device consulting firm where he provided strategic business planning and commercialization and distribution network services to companies looking to expand their commercial business into Asia Pacific. Prior to Skopus, Joshi served as Asia Pacific vice president for Bausch + Lomb’s full surgical franchise.
